Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You'll see all available options before you pay.

Delivery time
Standard orders typically arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. Economy orders typically arrive 5–8 business days after shipping. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and delivery may take longer during holidays or peak periods.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at hi@wayka.co and we'll help you file a claim. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please double-check your address before
